We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects.
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

This approach ensures that every customer receives jewellery that has never been worn, handled, or returned—preserving the integrity of our collection.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2.2 Proof of Defect

2.3 No Return Required

Customers may keep the defective item—no need to send it back. However,

Aida & Felic reserves the right to request the item back if misuse is suspected.

2.4 Definition of “Defect”

A defect includes:

  • Severe breakage
  • Excessive discoloration upon arrival
  • Missing components
  • Manufacturing faults

2.5 Natural Material Disclaimer

Our jewellery uses natural freshwater pearls and gemstones.
Variations in shape, texture, or colour are natural characteristics—not defects.

These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of Aida & Felic pieces.

3. Two-Year Extended Warranty

As a complimentary service, we extend your protection with a 2-year limited warranty.

3.1 Coverage Period

For any qualifying defect identified after 30 days and up to 24 months, we will replace the item at half the original order price, and we will cover the shipping cost.

3.2 Misuse Exclusion

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals
  • Tarnishing due to improper storage
  • Accidental breakage due to impact
  • Scratches from everyday wear
  • Loss or theft

3.3 Brand Rights

Aida & Felic reserves the right to request the item back for inspection should misuse or intentional damage be suspected.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty replacement:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased with promo codes
  • Items with natural variations (pearls/stones)
  • Items reported outside the defect report window

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 5 hours, the order is already in processing and cannot be cancelled.

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will correct the mistake immediately at no additional cost.

7. Shipping & Transit Issues

Once your order is shipped, Aida & Felic is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or transit damage.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier whenever possible.

9. Special Sales & Promotions

  • Special sales are valid only within their designated promotional periods and apply exclusively to orders placed during that time.
